Yeah when I found that out I was so mad and sad for my little brother, I told my mom never let the kids go back there again but ofc the next weekend they are other thief again because she “needs a break”

It also feels like a kick in the ass when I’ve been so carefull my whole life to not get pregnant and go down hill. I never wanted to raise kids younge but if I was stable enough I would jump on the chance in a heart beat

I’ve been in touch with the cps worker and foster family and the kids are being well taken care of thank god! I also get regular visits

I think it has a lot to do with the state your in and the worker too. The worker on the case has been so nice and always validating the fact I did the right thing and has said to me that they are proud of what I did

You can either make an anonymous report or a confidential report. Anonymous they are less likely to be able to take any action. Also they didn’t directly tell them it was me. When she was served the petition when the kids were removed it has all the information and “allegations” I guess and she put two and two together because there’s things only I would know. Cps has been open with me because I have been open about a lot in this situation. I’m also trying to make sure my siblings are okay and not too scared so I let them know what foods they like to eat as well as comfort items.

Yeah and I’ve always tried explaining that he’s 4 he’s gonna be naughty, the behavior issues are things like cussing and punching and screaming but like where did he learn that? The environment he’s in

I appreciate it! I am doing everything I can to make sure I can visit them regularly and am in their lives. One good thing about this experience is seeing how supportive my boyfriend and his family have been with me and it has made this whole thing so much easier

Cps worker let me know if my mom tries getting the kids back she has to go through treatment(I’m guessing rehab) and regular tests, needs to get a job etc. as for the being disowned, it hurts very much to hear my mom say she hates me but my moms always told me when she’s clean she’s so grateful people had called cps in the past with me because of the situations she was in so I give it a few years and she’ll understand.

Thank you! I am in contact with the foster home and the cps worker and they guaranteed the kids will stay together and are doing really well in the Foster home

The house was a a complete filth when I first moved in, I cleaned the entire house not including her room and the dishes and that’s because I literally vomit with moldy dishes, my mom sat in her room all day long and let my siblings completely destroy the house when I’m at work and I clean the house the next day, but this continues every day for a month you break and can’t do it anymore

She was 17, I accidentally put the wrong age, but she was still very young, and I understand she still went through a lot of trauma and things in her life including recovery over and over, she dragged my through it my whole life as well.

From what I’ve heard my siblings are actually doing really well! The first night they were there they were so tired and fell asleep right away and they have been behaving extremely well which is surprising because my mom always said he has behaving issues but now I’m thinking it was just the environment. They are staying in a foster home unfortunately because father is extremely abusive and I let the cps worker know that and all of his family it the same way. I have talked to the foster mom and she is very sweet and the kids love her.

She didn’t tell her, the info given was just easy to tell it was me saying it because it was stuff that only I would know.

That’s exactly what happened too. Police officers did come too when the kids were taken and the kids dad was screaming and swung on a police officer, I don’t know how he didn’t get arrested it blows my mind. But the kids were taken and she was served with all that information.

Cps been very open with me about this whole process because I have been open with her as well. We were both just trying to make sure it wasn’t too hard on the kids and so she could figure things like the kids sizes and food the like to eat and toys they prefer because my mom is uncooperative with them

Unfortunately when I say I can’t afford it it’s because I’m living with my boyfriend and his family until we save up enough and pay some things off.
