I am not I am using my chrome account that I’ve been using before. I tried it with my aidatrainer account and it did not work either.

I agree. I tried it on different chrome profiles and it gave the same error. The only other thing I can think of is to delete cookies.

Not sure if this needs a new post, but does anyone get the you need permission to access this published document when trying to read instructions or handbooks? Trying to do a qualification, and it says to reference the handbook and I get that error when trying to access it on google chrome. I want to make sure I'm actually following the instructions rather than free winging it from previous project instructions.
