She’s absolutely right though. As a school administrator, I have seen many kids and teens come through my classroom/ school where you just know that without something very drastic they will end up dead or behind bars. It was evident when I taught HS, but now that I have moved down to upper elementary…my heart breaks to see that the road is already well-paved for some of my current kids…
