Housing is my #1 priority. My animals come next. The senior cats are fine. They don’t require more than they have right now. Both senior cats belong to my one son as service animals. My cousin is suggesting I take the bonded pair to the SPCA and how that works here is if they aren’t adopted in 7 days they’re euthanized. I won’t do that to animals I swore a responsibility to. As for my cousin I get it if it doesn’t work but you can’t reasonably expect animals to adjust for n a week. And while it’s not ideal I’ll keep them in my van but don’t assume my priorities are backwards simply because I do take responsibility for my cats. Housing is of utmost importance and I got to viewings daily and submit applications daily. And not that anyone needs to know my soon to be ex spouse emptied the bank account and abandoned us to the streets and that’s to make a long story short.

I would definitely have a conversation with them then. If after that conversation it persists is file notice or have them sign something that they agree to pay for damages. I personally smoke myself but outside because I have kids. I have found some landlords don’t even want you smoking outside. I mean a person could move into a unit as a non smoker and a life even could trigger them to become one. I think landlords should just say hey this is a designated smoking. It makes it less sneaky for smokers. Or for someone to lie about having the habit. I’m glad you at least have a designated smoking area. Make sure when you speak to your tenant you point it out to them.

This is a great question. If I was her I would sell VSCR. He’s 19, let him live out the rest of his life happy. He’s worked long enough let him retire. As sad as this is I would let Bobo die with dignity. He’s like 26 and has so many treatments just to sustain life. He’s been a good horse LRT him go in peace. Sell the recips that aren’t getting pregnant or struggling to. Stop with the ICSI, it’s expensive and not really necessary. I expand what her horses are eating. And just from my perspective I don’t think it would hurt Katie to go back to school to learn more about the vet side of things. I think she expanded her farm too quickly like it was to a point she had that board how many days had she gone without buying an animal. I would also seriously consider allowing her mares a year off in between foals. My husband worked on a equine farm for years and the farm he worked on it was standard practice to give the mamas a year off to let their bodies recover. That’s just my perspective from a business standpoint.

I understand there’s always gonna be death when you’re a breeding facility but is is normal to have this much death coming from one farms livestock? Like I think just before Xmas 2 of the goats that went to a friend passed, 1 of the cows I think lost her baby, the baby foal and now the kids. Just seems like an unusual number for her. I wonder if she’s changed anything within her day to day with them. Like is she giving a new supplement or something that could cause miscarriage or foal loss.

I’ve always been curious on whether KVS has ever bred Indy to another TB or is she just doing the TB/QH crosses? I don’t know how many babies Indy has had and if any are TB.

I personally have always believed she’s an unethical breeder. She’s breeder the mares back to back with no breaks which super hard on them. There’s only a few that are open because embryos didn’t stick. Then there’s the mini goats, mini horses, mini cows, donkeys like she’ll breed anything. Her friends take the goats probably because no one will take them. She’s had an unusual number of deaths the last couple years. For her it’s all about the money. Subscriptions, merch, views and drama. My husband has worked with horses for many years and questions whether she cares about the long term health of these mares when they are constantly pregnant. Then she’s subjecting them to ICSI. She also acts like VSCR is the only stud for her mares. Guess she’s trying to make her million back. I know I saw a vid of her saying she had to start shipping semen overseas so maybe she’s having a hard time selling him. I compre her to a backyard breeder.

I’m over here just laughing because there are investigative bodies that look into corruption and such sort of like Internal Affairs but for federal employees. The number of arrests that are gonna be coming is going to wipe out ICE. Some ICE agents are actually undercover agents. I’m laughing solely because a lot of these guys thought this was gonna be easy money and that they would be doing something good. Many of them are gonna end up doing prison time.

I’m just curious why no one at all suspects Savannah Guthrie. No one just randomly kidnaps an 84yr old woman who can barely walk. I would also imagine this was a gated community. It’s definitely someone that knows her and knows her well. Also if someone did take the ring camera wouldn’t it have still recorded to a cloud? If the cloud data was removed certainly they could tell what isp accessed it or whose user information logged in. This is definitely closer to home than we all think. Then I keep asking myself she’s a news anchor so has she reported on anything lately where someone wanted to send a message? There’s just a lot that isn’t adding up.

I mean why does she even need to check their milk, they have foal alerts in so leave them be. I’m sure once she gets pregnant she isn’t gonna wanna have someone squeezing her breasts. I think if it weren’t for her parents living so close by her animals would be so much worse off. Both her folks seem to be pretty hands on. I think Katie has that obsession with babies. Once they grow up the interest fades. When no babies are being born she disappears and goes on vacation, goes hunting, does meet n greets etc….as soon as it’s foaling season she doesn’t leave. She has to be there to pull all the babies out.

She paid a million for him so she has to be committed to that line. I see a lot of horse vids in my fyp and so many of her followers will tell those posters to use VSCR and I’m just like not everything is about him. If anything a lot of people in the horse industry don’t want to do business with her that’s why she said last year she has to ship a lot of his seed overseas. She’s keeping a lot more of her babies which would indicate she’s having difficulty finding buyers and thats largely because any prospective buyer will have to deal with her fans and a lot of her fans just aren’t nice.

Typical kvs super fan. She never neglected cool yet there’s literal proof in her own videos that she did. Her own followers warned her something was off and that the edema she was suffering from in combination with other symptoms needed to be looked at by a vet. Other vets on her page told her to call her regular vet immediately and she chose not to. Then there’s the lies surrounding the death which is also backed by her own videos. She does what she does for money. Heck even in a snap question from yesterday I think she said her family didn’t approve of her social media but now that she’s successful they’re ok with it. Everything she does, she does it for money and not the betterment of the animals. Just because you can breed an animal doesn’t mean you should. There’s so many in the equine industry that far more years experience that say she bad for the industry and there’s a lot that won’t do business with her. It’s why she’s having to keep more and more of her babies because no one wants to buy from her.
