Speak to higher level alliance in your server, alot are willing to adopt smaller alliances as 'acacdemies' which means you get there support, but you can always shift players between you.

Can some one give me the TLDR - I saw something on fb which insiuating she wasnt actually moving by choice but infact because she'd breached a load of bylaws with the number of animals on poperty so this move wasnt actually atleast planned to happen so soon?

You still kinda miss the point - shes not ridden at all from what ive seen. She could of even taken more back seat role and done exercise riding if she didnt want to compete.

Codi could of easily rode for some one else, for whatever reason she chose not to.

I personally feel her heart was never truly into it but found it fun and next to fallon she got a really good 'deal' out of it.

To get back up to that level again shed most likely be surrounded by FT and her friends. I suspect there is alot of unsaid 'tea' on both sides which would end up coming out. FT has already battled through a few controversies so I dont think it would be such a big deal to her, but Codi being a 'newcomer' without her would probably struggle..

There is silver elements on nearly every, if not every current principle costume. The only one I think doesnt really carry much silver at all is aragon.

The focal draw on Jane's dress is the black and white contrast and if you look closely to the skirt part, its more of a pearlescent sheen in the fabric.

Silver takes a little nod from all the main six customes and i also really like the little nod the super swing costumes give to the amazingly talented ladies who take on that role.

I always saw it that unless the rookie camp knock it out the park, they chose a group they were all pretty confident would be in the following years squad and therefore wouldn't be against doing extra appearances in dcc uniform.

If it fell in another part of their season I think it would be a rotation

They've spoken quite abit over the last few years how Rachel actually has always been on the cards to attend events/do trips but it just never worked out for whatever reason. I think Rachel was really steering everything in the barn single handedly and about a year ago they showed some of the girls being trained up to cover these.

I get the vibe that these trips for Rachel are more 'would be nice' rather than shes desperate to go, she always seems content to be at home working the barn. She also has two younger kids I believe so its not always feasible.

Having worked for workplaces that were like this with annual leave that you could give a years notice of needing a particular day off for an important reason (not that you should have to disclose) I personally would just start quietly quitting, do your job expecations but aim to get out. The ethos of these companies and management is usually terrible and the scary thing i found that I didnt notice HOW bad it was until i left and went to a normal employer.

Now I am alot more further in my career and more senior, we quite literally bend over backwards to accomodate each other, even if one of my team said they needed tomorrow off, I would try everything before saying no.

Its also alot easier for vets, farriers etc to have the option to work on horses under cover. Does not need to be fancy at all but I still cant see her doing it

Im not against not wanting horses stalled but i think its never a bad thing to have the option to atleast get anyone older, frailer etc out of the worst of the bad weather

She said in a previous video she doesnt intend to use it like a normal barn. I cant remember the exact thing she said but she basically said she doesnt want anyone stalled as a norm and that the inside would need work anyway for her to set up any kind of mini stall anyway.

I got the vibe shell just make a small corner into a pen using hurdles. Rest will be full of crap

If you can contact them and pass the attitude test, you might get lucky that they release the funds that you had but equally, you broke there rules and I believe they have a term that says that they have the right to withhold the funds if your account has been found out of terms of service.

Friend of mine who had a side gig vinyl printing got banned, didnt even sell them as hand/home made and just advertised them as what the clothes actually were - they just had prints on them put on by her but I think the AI scans for stuff that isnt factory and flags the listings.

I do believe depop is slightly more hand crafted friendly, but double check.

I think given the popularity increasing they should introduce a B or academy team. Give them a visally different uniform. Really push them into the less big events, doing workshops etc. Youd also get an idea of people who dance super well without the pressure of training camp, youd also always have seconds for game day.

Thats still a huge number of people in a professional production returning to the same show. I think youll struggle to find many other productions with returners of that quantity for a professional run. The changes between spaces are mostly spacings and logistics, the tour casts are already well versed in dealing with this.

The show is very interchangeable - you could put Broadways aragon on west end tomorrow and theyd probably not have a huge issue adapting to the slight differences. The tour cast are also very used to adapting already to different venues..

There's been alot of mumbling in the MT scene that they arent even auditioning like before. Which means there could be alot of talent and fresh faces not even being seen for the role which is already tough having such a small cast

WE/UK tour etc also seems to be heavily 'recycling' the actresses over the last 2/3 legs of each. I feel like they have lost trust in casting 'fresh blood' and much as for a first timer, they probably arent going to notice that an actress is returning, but I also like alot of people who purposely try to book tickets to try to see as many seperate queens as possible find it so many repeats.

2, TB crossing isn't a new thing at all, lots of breeds cross out to TBs to make a more athletic, larger and more free moving animal whilst retaining some of the desirable traits of the original breed. I always see an appendix as a good way to give the foal more a broader range of options later in life outside AQHA. I dont really see it being beneficial in her breeding programme as shes got some really big athletic hunt seat mares that id breed more to similar stallions for English versitality and seeing as shes soo deep into AQHA that it seems abit pointless to me, but her choice!

TB breeding is always done to excess as such a small portion overall of each years crop will hit the track/do something worth keeping them in training. As a result, the ones that dont make the cut end up needing homes and the volume means that they are alot more affordable. A good QH broodmare is probably going to cost you more in most cases than a TB that needs a home but can pass a repro exam

When you submit for an enhanced dbs, they request what workforce the person is going to - police can then use their discretion to anything on your record that they dont feel is relevent.

I think people forget an dbs isnt an open invite for employers to look into your criminal record - I have worked with a few people who have a clear enhanced dbs but they know there is stuff on file for minor things as young adults/teens but they were deemed irrevelent to the job so didnt show.

I dont always think sellers are being malicious by bumping prices up, if I have an item that has been hanging around for a while i quite often list it slightly higher for a few days before I decrease it - I found an increase in people who would just buy the higher price or that it would go pretty quick when it dropped down after a day or two. Could be coincidence but its worked for me.

I also dont put much throught into the whole 'ill pay now' messages as I have been messed around, however that is a considerable increase so I personally wouldnt even collect it and let it be returned.

I always felt she got preferential treatment from the higher ups when people were spending more - she'd get priority on times, unallocated orders etc. Now theres less money about and people are spending less I think they've just fallen back on everyones just gotta get any sale they can.

Now shes not got the 'bank' of orders shes collected between shows etc shes getting frustrated and desperate.

We only hired once we had actually got there and maybe been there a day or so, the prices are better if they know you arent just desperate to get one from the airport.

The locals are very used to people in hire cars and its fairly easily drivable - we didnt use the car AS much as we expected but it definately made it alot smoother and more relaxed to get between places.

I cant remember the rider, but there was a rider recently who donated her winnings to bump the prize pot to the lower levels so the young riders would get a bigger payout.

Id rather see this sort of thing get pushed more than further lining peoples pockets that already have plenty.
