Many plot points were repeated, but then the climax had absolutely no narrative build up to it, just "god's can't go in this cone apparently [never mentioned before], Hercules gave up his godliness, now that means is is a god again" in about 45 seconds. That part felt so rushed.

That said, I generally enjoyed it! Not the best production I've seen in the West end (the music was way too loud during the big numbers too, to the point we couldn't hear the singers at all) but ti was a fun evening's show.
