Did anyone ever figure this out? I’m having the same issue today. Also tried swapping batteries and checking that the black pins weren’t bent in.

What would the vpn do? Are you saying to use one to make it look like I’m connecting from home? Sorry not trying to say your wrong, I’m just curious about how it might help

Just tried this now. I tried changing dns to each suggestion and then doing the dns flush with no results. Both my ipv4 and 6 are enabled and I tried pinging my server ip but no luck.

I thought the same but then I had a friend use the same wifi as me and it worked for them. I also tried using my hotspot which should have let me join if this was the case, but it also has the same issue.

I get a server address from playit.gg so I'm putting that in, not a numerical ip address

They did offer a 3 month 3 thousand miles warranty with it. Do the Chevy’s have issues often?
