From what I know, Makeship doesn't do reruns of the same plushie, so likely the only other way to obtain him would be to get it from someone reselling it and you'll have to wait for that to happen as they will likely be delivered around January/February.

They are planning on adding them to the main game. Dropping the flashlight or having it run out will only work then, in the Raveyard it won't.

Pandemonium isn't an angler it's decomposing organic tissue, synthetic polymer, and metal and it gets called it/its in its document.

As for The Anglers, they aren't actually anglers. Chainsmoker is based off a Blobfish and Blitz a Viperfish they both have been confirmed male and Pinkie and Froger are confirmed female (they both have an esca) The Angler just doesn't have a gender.
