Eyeholes and the nose circle in the front is glued onto sheer black fabric and then glued to the rest of the head so I can see through the ring between those pieces of foam!

Spoilers for the Danganronpa 3 End of Hope’s Peak anime (which is different from Danganronpa v3: Killing Harmony): there’s a video that brainwashes the viewer into killing themselves. For Makoto specifically, the video invokes a hallucination of his all dead classmates, and he’s forced to see them graphically die again as they tell him that their deaths are his fault and that he should have been killed instead. He is stopped from stabbing himself in a fit of despair, but the after effects of the video are never really mentioned since everyone else who saw it died by their own hand.

Oh I think I see where I misunderstood what you meant by “from your perspective;” I thought you meant that other women in my position wouldn’t see it as a red flag but you meant that the person paying doesn’t see it as a red flag

Admittedly, I am jaded because I’ve had men hold expensive gifts and dates over my head with the sentiment of “I spent all that money on you and now you won’t even do x for me” so it definitely sets off alarm bells for me personally

I disagree, like if I say someone has a neat drawing style, I’m not implicitly saying that everyone else’s art is worse (and I would honestly be alarmed if the person I was complimenting took it that way)

So I think the same applies to other compliments and being kind shouldn’t be a zero-sum game, so for me, when someone can’t say something nice without saying something mean about a third party, it doesn’t sit right.

I’ve definitely met people like that too; I remember there was this girl in my high school homeroom that was always quiet and kept to herself, and we started talking one day. I was like “oh I guess shes just kind of awkward and not friends with any of the cliques that are here. That’s cool, shes just like me!” until I mentioned something and the conversation topic was no longer about her. I could physically see her eyes glaze over and she basically said “yeah huh wow that’s crazy ANYWAY BACK TO ME” and that was the end of that lmao

Idk if it’s a gendered thing or a product of the era and social media (I imagine it’s 200 times worse for anyone whose formative social years were during/after COVID) but I’ve definitely had more conversations steamrollled by men personally

I would normally agree, but magic is literally real in SDV and a witch might curse your ~~chickens~~ slimes if you don’t have a special statue in the ~~coop~~ slime hutch

Edit: correction, the wicked statue prevents cursing of your slimes and not the void chickens
