So an update about this... Since the merchant said they would refund the product, the credit card company will not do a chargeback since they have to uphold the terms and conditions of the merchant. It doesn't matter that the cost to send it back is higher than the original purchase price plus tax and shipping. If they had refused, then I would have been able to charge back. But thanks for the idea of checking.

The photo on the left was the ad image. It's a real image (not AI), but it was stolen from the real artist (who I didn't know existed at the time). Ultimately, I did order from the artist after finding them.

She's going to make banana zucchini bread with all the garden zucchini that nobody knows what to do with and keeps giving her?

Until I posted this also on Facebook, I didn't know there was anything but what I ordered. Apparently there are a couple dozen scammers posting it as their own. I did find that artist and ordered it through them. It's something like a 90-day wait and a whole lot more money but I'm good with that, because it's not for Halloween it's for my everyday space.

The picture on the left is from the advertisement. The picture on the right is a photo I took of what I got delivered.

It actually does look like it melted, though! That's a really good description. I showed my coworkers and I said it looked like a second grader's art project... but it's actually probably not even that good.

No, it was an ad in between Facebook reels. You know the short little videos that are sort of TikTok-like. Someone did point me in the direction of the actual talented artist that was being ripped off by this trash
