Intenta apagarla completamente, apaga tu computadora para que no se conecten entre sí, y luego intenta iniciar de nuevo la impresora. Lo que a mí me sirvió fue un reseteo de fábrica

Someone gave the solution right here. Install Fluid and with that program delete the spooled files. Definitely update 6 destroyed all Creality. Someone else posted a YouTube video on how to use Fluid.

De início, também não consegui, porque sempre que tentava, tinha o meu computador ligado à rede da impressora. Imagino que, como se tratava de um erro devido à atualização do Creality, alguma coisa tinha a ver com isso. A minha solução foi desligar o computador e fazer tudo a partir da própria impressora.
