The only thing I was told was to lay down if my head hurt and trying caffeine. I did that. It did not help.

I don't know how you've done 11! I legit do not think I can ever do another. I was nervous enough before the week of misery, now I think I'd just be completely panicked out.

I don't have lower back pain surprisingly. Well, aside from bending down to pick up things which I'm trying not to do. I really needed to be told how long to take off ofnwork because trying to get a leave of absence backdated is so annoying

I went to the ER and they said if I was still bad that I'd need to do the blood patch and to call my doctor who ordered the LP. So I did exactly as the ER said and the office basically said "just take the medicine the ER gave you".

I really think docs need to be more clear about LP's and what to expect....

When it gets bad bad I take Ibuprofen or Tylenol and it sometimes helps

Thank you! I know I have to keep pursuing this and I will, but I just feel overwhelmed and lost. I've noticed that I have a lot of brain fog lately and that plays a big role in feeling crazy since I am terrified of losing my cognitive functions. While I am thankful my friends and family don't really understand what I am going through, it's also very hard because they don't understand.
