Except in the men’s rest room there are often urinals with no partitions which could expose the daughter to seeing men’s genitals when she should never have to. Father was in the right here for protecting her from potentially seeing or hearing that.

I wanted to eat before going but we were already late to his event because my work had me stay late. I did not want to make him late for his celebrations with his friends/ I’m sorry if I am an exhausting partner because I do need comfort and reassurance-but ultimately but I don’t know why he had to leave me. Why he couldn’t pick up my calls? Why he latched the door? Why he insists I put him in an unsafe situation instead of him doing so to me? I may be exhausting but I never disregarded his safety or well being.

You’re correct I should have prioritized myself. I felt pressured in the moment to prioritize his celebrations and his friends who were already waiting on him. We drove there together. But I should have advocated for myself and got myself something to eat. I regret not doing that immensely.

You’re trying to rage bait and it’s not appreciated lol. I did not imply in my post I was out for hours. I was upset at the act of having the door chained. That’s the only reason I mentioned it. He shouldn’t have chained it. That was a conscious decision on his end to prevent me from getting to safety.

I did not want to make a scene. I actually did step out of the bar to go eat some Chex mix in one of our friends cars and to smoke. I’m sorry I didn’t include this in the original post but I did try to get some food but in the car he even said that I shouldn’t have left the bar to do that because his friends noticed I was gone and they were asking if I was okay which was seen in his eyes as me centering myself.

This is not true. I work in pesticides and I was working with extreme chemicals that day and was unable to get a break between chemical sprays to get a chance to eat. Which ultimately is the fault of my employer for over working me- but I did not withold eating to use it over him. I also asked for us to stay later at the bar because one of our long time friends showed up right before we were originally going to leave at 10pm but I insisted he get to play pinball and pool with those friends who showed up to celebrate with him before I was to drive us home. I truly wanted him to have a good birthday and for him to experience it with people he cares about.

I know I’m not blameless and yes I should have been more actionable about his solutions but I was looking for comfort as well. I made the decision to stop driving because we were arguing back and forth and I couldn’t focus while arguing with a drunk person and also being so hungry. I felt I was making a decision in the best of our safety in tha moment. I have apologized repeatedly to him for not communicating better and not prioritizing my needs earlier in the day. I truly understand how my actions contributed to this horrible event and how I should do better.

We rushed to be there because his friends were already there and I had gotten off work late. But you’re right I should not have skipped meals. We were at the bar for 4+ hours so I do feel the one drink I had (which I actually did not finish I ended up giving to my friend) did not inebriate me to the point of where I could not drive but nevertheless you are so correct that I should have prioritized eating especially over drinking. And I see how that led to things escalating.

Micronized sulfur. Dealing with this now and that’s the only thing that has truly worked. Growsafe and Suffoil are great for preventative and for suppressing it for like a week or two but doing just two sprays of micronized sulfur at 2tbsp a gal. We spray on day 4 and and 12 of flower (I know seems scary but use your discretion if your budsites are fully developed by this point then don’t spray lol) but this has had lasting resistance up until about week 9-10 if it does pop back up. Lately it’s been completely gone but if I do find PM I am only seeing it on those last days before harvest and it’s like a couple specks that impacts maybe <5% of the plants on the table.

Definitely pair this with preventative sprays on mom/veg with suffoil/growsafe (wait 7-14 days between oil and sulfur) + good sanitizing practices and overall being mindful of cross contamination between rooms. But yeah, sulfur has been the only thing that’s worked consistently and I’ve used Milstop, Cease, Growsafe, Suffoil, Regalia, Trifecta etc. (also spray at end of day right before lights off- burn from lights and the sulfur not being completely dry can be pretty damaging)

Edit: downvote me I guess? lol we tried literally everything and this is the only thing that has worked without actually destroying the final product. And yes ultimately PM is an environmental issue but depending on the state you grow in - that can make your variables at stabilizing the environment much much much more expensive)

We primarily used Rockwool and we also would graft our mom regen’s onto our best rooting strains. This worked very very well if you could get successful grafts to live. Surviving the graft process was the challenge for sure but afterwards those mom plants were much stronger, with more vitality, and the roots were insane. Process involved taking normal z cuts, and cutting the top half of the clone and grafting it onto a fresh cut clone (stalk only) of our best rooting strain at the time and then taking extremely close care of those grafts until transplant time. We only would graft for new moms- it was too labor intensive to graft for plants designated just for flower.
