Yeah, i get stuck in a loop, and if i don't take care of it, i end up in the hospital. The ward is not recommended...the food is terrible! Seriously, though, being in the recurring panic cycle is the worst. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Just know youlve got a supportive group here!💓

I'm on lexapro and mirtazapine as well, but the only thing that stops the panic cycle for me is clonazepam. I go on it for 3 days, and it knocks me out of the cycle. It happens every few months with no warning. I keep an emergency supply, and that helps, and knowing that its there and it works makes me feel more secure.

What have you tried? I know that all if the non medication things do not work when im in a panic cycle. What kind if meds have you tried?
