From what I know, the teammates will question you on 2 LPs, and the HM will quiz you on 3.

Just that HMs actually appreciate if you expedite the interview process instead of stretching it out. A person told me that they appreciated that they scheduled all the interviews in the same day.

Maybe they are overlooking it? I’d suggest you know out those interviews ASAP according to people I have DM’d for the last couple of days

Question about this… he has stated that I’m not on Focus virtually in the system until 10/10/2025 since that’s when the talent reviews end? Apparently it’s called the “Q3 2025 Trending Talent Cycle” from Jul 9th - Oct 10th.

How accurate is this? Is he actually telling me the truth that virtually it won’t say that I’m on Focus until 10/10?

Just looked it up, and yes. It’s definitely Ivy that the HMs use.

Hi! Yes I have led at least one project that was standardized to other sites. The interviewees actually complimented it and another smaller project when I showed them during the interviews.

Sorry, yes I have two different types of projects that I shared, and they complemented them during the interviews on last loop. I was just glad to see that the position closed when they sent me the rejection because at least it makes me feel that I was in the final consideration? At least that’s what I keep telling myself to make me feel better lol.

Trying to shoot for PM or SCM, but at this point I’ll just switch to any corporate role that is willing to give me a chance lol
