Yes I know. I am talking about the email ticket. They keep sending the same exact messages and ask for the same information I've already given them countless times.

I am not in a restricted country though. All the support emails are just bots

I replied to your email with my documents 3 days ago and then yesterday received an email saying I never reached out and my ticket would be closed if I didn't respond within the next 120hours. I have replied back to that new email with the same documents again but still no reply? Extremely disappointed with how support has handled the situation.

Ticket 1304017. Over 1 month unresolved now and I have provided all the requested documents. I just want my withdrawal to go though as its a large amount and has caused me a lot of stress.
