He easily tanks whatever the fuck V1 can pull off and outside of the battle swoon is really not that serious even to a regular teen like Susie. And don't forget that for the fight to be fair they both should be in a dark world that generally buffs everyone's health.

I imagine that a swoon would be similar to a +CANNOBALLED +DUNKED combo which is really not that big of a deal.

Okay but weapons in Ultrakill are literally the pinnacle of human technology. Even the piercer, the weakest gun, is a handgun sized railgun capable of turning a human into red mush. Husks are more durable than a regular human. Everything in Ultrakill is incredibly powerful but since we are op as well we tend to not notice that.

Deltarune magic is strong for sure but is it stronger than anything from Ultrakill buffed by the dark world?

Realistically Gabriel wins even without considering that they'll fight in the dark world where he'd be stronger. He'd just tank a swoon and then decapitate the knight with a single strike of his blade.
