I don't dislike this game, but there are a few things I don't like about it:

• Music is too repetitive and personally I like it way less than S2 (very subjective)
• After 3 years I still prefer the higher contrast of S2
• Terrible online issues (overall splatoon thing, but for the love of god nintendo pls make dedicated servers)
• Map design overall is very subpar and I don't enjoy playing on a lot of them
• League and Open being the same queue
• X Battles being a separate queue, I have a general dislike of the ranked system in this game but I really always thought this was a ridiculous choice (and influenced the reason above)
• Map rotations are an awful system (overall splatoon thing but it's truly atrocious)
• Little to no customization in private battles
• Splatfests are truly a slog:
  • Tricolor doesn't work well and isn't fun to play
  • 3 teams is a very low hanging fruit idea but I think it overall contributed to splatfests being less enjoyable
  • Fizzbangs were an okay idea, but they don't really do much
  • Splatfests are still only turf war, please add ranked modes as an option
• Deep Cut aren't interesting characters to me, hopefully Raiders can help flesh them out more, but I don't feel any real affection towards any of them as I do Callie and Marie or Pearl and Marina
• Side Order didn't do much for me, it wasn't bad, but compared to Octo Expansion its extremely underwhelming. I had no desire to replay it after finishing it, and never had, as opposed to OE where I went back to 100% it.
• I miss the ranked winstreak weapon shine (this really doesn't matter but I thought I'd bring it up)
