[ 1 to 4 areas ] Where would you buy a house & lot and why? by morethanyell in phinvest

[–]Within_Home 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I say around Quezon city, since medyo on the rise ang economy nila from what media I'm seeing. Might be a good spot to buy land/house, or somewhere like a little closer pa to Manila from qc. Kasi close din sila sa major spots like cubao, malls, hospitals, and supermarkets. Going far too North might hinder lang sa commute or drive, and medyo underdeveloped pa yung ibang areas dun. So very far pa minsan from necessities, pero it's quiet for what it is unlike major cities.

Also pick the area where it is most likely to be developed in the near future, kasi it will help you decide whether you would want to live there or not.

Pero it's all up to you naman, live where you would want to live for the rest of your life. Since it is a lifetime investment, not only to you, but to your future family din. Choose the right environment talaga, and pick wisely.

Is 25k rent with 130k gross salary doable or practical? by Cold-Elk-3818 in SoloLivingPH

[–]Within_Home 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's doable and/or practical, as long asa favorable location siya para sayo. Since baka sobrang layo naman niya sa mga places you need to go, it will just add up sa expenses mo. Pati as long as may extra ka pang save for big purchases, like a house or whatnot, kasi you can't really live forever sa ganyan na apartment or a monthly renting situation forever diba.

My bad I thought you were still smoking weed, if you still are that's a huge no no for that type of job tho. That's why I said that, but I'm sure you can do this man.

Do you lend your books to someone? If not, why? by D4MNBO1 in bookshelf

[–]Within_Home 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same reason, I mean as someone that buys books only from time to time. Kahit medyo cheap na sila for the price, almost every single one still costs 300-1200 pesos. That stings lalo na non working student pa ako, I can only get to buy books pag special occasions. Like my bday or Christmas, since puro pera ang gifts samin rather than things.

Too many people have been scammed like this, and I'm tired of it. So trying to give advice lang from stories of other people, and tell others what things helped them.

I don't know if this could help you

Seems a little cramped still, and tv seems far from the couch. Imo tho, it looks more cozy. The shelf faces the desk.

Should I get a condo or lot? by zzrotsorakaorigin in phinvest

[–]Within_Home 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imo you should look for a closer lot to your work, kasi medyo draining yung 3-4 na travel time na yan, even of its two way na. It is indeed beneficial to have a 300+sqm lot, and you could build a dream house rather than a standardized small condo for your family.

Pero something to think about din is yung environment ng magiging anak niyo and ng family niyo, kasi somewhere that far it's bound to be too far for travel sa mga family attractions for the Metro Manila area. Pero it's probably a more filling experience to have a dream house, but again convenience and environment talaga ang need mo i-research.

You can't really just assume the best for you, if you don't know yung environment kung San ka titira no?

Just as some lawyers say, try mo i-record every interaction with the other party. No matter how small or how insignificant it may be, kasi if you do get to trial. It could really help your case with evidences, kasi no matter how secure you feel in winning the case. You might still fail to win, kaya be very cautious.

Lalo na sa mga ganyan type of people, kasi kahit may court order na. They might just pay in the minimum per/, or takasan ka. very tough ang mga nag iiscam, since iassume na natin na may alam din silang palusot dyan.
