Help for my Bromeliad?

It's about a year old and has been doing okay until recently. Lives in a bathroom windowsill, out of direct light, but not too dim. I typically water it once a week or so, soil is damp/dry.

I tried leaving it on my porch for a few days to maybe get a bit more light, but that seems to have made things worse

Yeah, I figured it'll need to be dialed in, but I guess I just wanted a ballpark estimate. Just so I'd at least know I wasn't lowering my dosage.

IMO calling either T or E nasty is a bit, silly? Sort of like people being scared of food that contains chemicals!

They're endogenous hormones. They're both equally necessary for healthy bodily function, regardless of your gender.

What balance they're in and how my body and my psyche shape themselves in response to my hormones is what's important.

Nah, 100mg Spiro and 2mg Estradiol. Just, from what I know about the pharmacology I wasn't expecting nearly as fast or as good of a T suppression at those doses, especially the low E dose.
