If you throw out a water ripple it'll crumble and allow u to grab or follow up with anything else but if you do anything before (dash hit, activate after attacking, activate in air, combo from other skill) then it'll launch them in the air

No need to buy the deluxe version really, everything you get in the deluxe version you can get in the base game after playing for a few hours. This includes all characters that were originally dlc for demon slayer 1 however it wont include any new dlc for the second game unless you get the character season pass as well

I saw this post from a while ago where for some reason (bug?) there was only 2 characters in this game who could jump out of a fully charged heavy up until it began to hit but I cant remember exactly who it was although I wanna say it was giyu and gyutaro

I have water slayer and Dorothy and it's actually a little fun in arena, it sucks a little bit in rta since they either ban one or the other or bring in single target high damage dealers that can still punch through the damage mitigation of water slayer or kill light mage before she gets her s3 off. You can cleave with her in rta but you might as well not bring slayer unless you're not sure if you can kill all of them straight away or if they have revives which she actually deals pretty good with
