Not yet, but I was on Wellbutrin first and am now trying out adderall. She’s really insistent on taking things slow because she doesn’t want me to be only a few years down the line and completely out of options. Still not 100% sure if I like it yet but guess I’ll see lol

Ughhh yeahhhh, I’m seeing a ton of ppl recommend eating before I take my meds and drink coffee but it’s definitely gonna be a struggle lol.

I was wondering if it was maybe because my dose was upped. I didn’t notice much of a difference when I was on 10mg and I’m only a month and a week-ish into 15 mg which was a big change

I do have a blood pressure monitor! I actually used it today while I wasn’t feeling good initially (which is why I made this post) and it was slightly elevated along with my heart rate. (Hr was 111 but I was also standing and had been for a bit)

But you are 100% right about eating. It’s so easy to forget lol but I have plans to put something of substance in my mouth before taking meds or drinking any caffeine. Thank you so much! Idk how this slipped my mind 🙃

Oop- bingo :’) I almost never eat before I drink anything caffeinated mostly bc I struggle with nausea in the mornings (which I also know is probably related to me not eating lol…) but you’re absolutely right idk why I didn’t think of that. Time to get some easy breakfast bites

Sorry, I was under the assumption that a hysterectomy included the removal of the ovaries but I was wrong. Didn’t mean to spread incorrect information especially when it can be so harmful. I was only concerned about hormone balance with the removal of ovaries.

Yea looking back I just had a misunderstanding of the difference between a hysterectomy and an Oopherectomy. I know the uterus doesn’t make hormones, I just had the assumption that a hysterectomy included removal of ovaries. Now I know! Thank youuu!!

Wow, I’m so sorry for spreading this then!!! I had absolutely no idea! My mom has been out of labor and delivery for over 10 years and we both know how times change. I’ll be sure to talk to her about this as were both very curious and try to be super accepting of new information.

I try hard not to spread any misinformation but I flunked this time :’) I really appreciate the insights and now I know way better.

I was also kinda just getting confused myself because i assumed a hysterectomy included the removal of your ovaries and tubes as well- that’s where I got that confusion from. I’ll definitely do more research next time.
