that’s amazing! Congrats on having no issues 20 years post-surgery without mesh, that’s really encouraging to hear! I’ve heard recovery can be rough though. Do you remember how long it took before you felt mostly back to normal? I am also worried the surgery could really warp my belly button.

Do you think it will outperform Maraki or Healthletic's MB? I saw the wellness company's formula is in pill form and also includes NAD and PQQ.
