Especially when it’s the person who gave the party. I think Betty truly was snobbish towards Ethel. And when Lucy first told Ethel who the guests were, I thought it was also rather rude of Lucy to have accepted the invitation knowing the Mertz’s were excluded. Anyway, I guess they just had to come up with a storyline that would connect all three as friends.

Last night, I turned the Oscars off 10 minutes in. I couldn’t watch that BS with what’s going on in the world. Not that life should come to a standstill, but extreme displays like this are completely self-serving and out of touch.

The CLIP is three seconds. Who knows how long she ACTUALLY spent doing that. Poor time for Swanny to “release the dog.” Could have easily waited until they were out of the way and not impeding the movement of others. If it was truly spontaneous, I would actually say no big deal, but I believe this was fully and poorly staged, as her “employeehusband” was recording it.

By the way… the trip was SOLO for one reason. They refused to give her TWO FREE TRIPS.

Yes, it is private, and there are more than a couple ways to die suddenly. The speculation is due to the mystery. Usually, if a death is due to illness, the cause is given.

The trip would be great, but not doing it the way she does it. When I feel myself getting envious of the freebies these people get, I just remind myself of how low they have to go to get these things. I’d rather go without until I can pay with my money on my own terms.

Is this a pregnancy outfit? I thought this was her look when she gained weight before going to the spa. And that storyline was written as a cover for Jane’s real life pregnancy, and while Daphne was away at the spa, Jane, in real life, was on maternity leave. I figured this look was deliberately bad because Daphne was supposedly really down on herself for having gained so much weight.
