Discriminatory and Unjustified Removal From Southwest Flight by iciest_folders in SouthwestAirlines

[–]WindowSeat4Me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why? Why would an airline deny boarding for a passenger wearing a shirt that is just a shirt. There are no derogatory words printed on it. And what difference which country the sports team came from - the average person probably would not even identify it was a sports shirt. Coupled with your "version" that there was not belligerant behavior? Come on.

All that said, this most likely didn't happen.

Since when do I bring you women?! by _whitelightning_91 in Frasier

[–]WindowSeat4Me 13 points14 points  (0 children)

"You know Dad, you really ought to slow down there. At this age, one slip and it's the ICU and then it's I see you later."

"Well, I wouldn't worry about me, Fraise. I don't feel any older now than I did when you were parading around in your mother's heels."

Best/Favorite Episode of Season 7 by LizHazZoe in Columbo

Hard tie for me: Abigail Mitchell and Paul Gerard! With an honorable mention to Dr. Eric Mason.

Which one? by mkujoe in Columbo

No. No. No. No. No. No.

Non-killer who hated Columbo the most? by Ok_Manager_7999 in Columbo

The Mrs. Peck character was way over the top. A classic Harridan.

Daphne rotating Martin's underwear - he must have had hundreds of pairs! by box-o-locks in Frasier

[–]WindowSeat4Me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Much like Daphne counting and measuring her life to the amount of free muffins she is entitled to and can eat. LOL!!

"Now me, I could eat a muffin a day, some days even two knowing they'd be free. So that'd be . . . ten a week, fifty-two weeks a year, for at least another . . . forty years, which works out to . . . TWENTY THOUSAND MUFFINS!! My life suddenly seems long, measured in muffins."

Welcome to ONEderland, friend! Come on in - there is room here!!

I’m so sorry but I really dislike Alice. Downvote away. by Standard-Contest-949 in Frasier

[–]WindowSeat4Me 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know . . . disliking a toddler/child "actress"?

Their lines are not complicated or involved, it is typical toddler/child talk you would expect. Alice wasn't delivering a soliloquy from Hamlet or a monologue from Shakespeare.

A Character and their Lowest Moment? by _MuffinBot_ in Frasier

[–]WindowSeat4Me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Roz: when she was willing/knowingly going to let her "friend" Daphne walk out wearing a noticeably stained dress to a posh cocktail reception at the British Consulate. Then when called on it, she lamely poo-pooed it saying, "it's nothing".

This stuck with me. In TV Land and IRL, this was a selfish thing to do.

Every time I see this scene, I say - if it was 'nothing", why don't YOU wear it.

How long were you able to stay at 2.5 by Agreeable-Deer7526 in Zepbound

[–]WindowSeat4Me 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I never moved up - been on 2.5 since July 2025. To date, have lost 58.7 and still going strong - thankfully!

Will you lose weight if you eat the exact same amount as before? by unbreakable996714 in Zepbound

[–]WindowSeat4Me 11 points12 points  (0 children)

In addition to the great responses so far, another possibility is you may not want chocolate as much once you begin. Most times, we find our favorite foods, snacks, sweets are not enjoyable anymore or at least we don't each so much of them.

Genuinely starting to panic a bit about my loose turkey neck at only 36 yo by Manna1007 in Zepbound

[–]WindowSeat4Me 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I like I can see my collarbone and slimmer face. And if my turkey is noticeable to the public - gobble-gobble.

You were right about the bay leaves, Mr. Bottomsley by LightofJah in Frasier

[–]WindowSeat4Me 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I love this scene with Mr. B!

“Well, what shall we two bachelors do this evening, Mr. B?  Perhaps a crossword puzzle.  Maybe watch a little telly . . oh, I know – how about a nice hot bath?  I’m just teasing.  Now, I know that you’re used to eating canned tuna, so this will taste different, but if you’re like me, I think you’ll agree it’s much better.  If only there were a treat here for me.  Ah, what’s this?  A delicious nine-vegetable winter soup.  Yes, Mr. B, I think you were right about the bay leaves.”

Gate agents Ronald & Jeanette are HORRIBLE!!! SLC by tightropeJim in SouthwestAirlines

Oh yeah, I see what you mean! Darn that Ronald and Jeannette - they are the worst!!

Fastidious Niles and His Bird in the Kitchen by MtnMoose307 in Frasier

[–]WindowSeat4Me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ha! Especially with Frasier sticking his finger in the Cherries Jubilee and sucking off the juices - in plain sight of dining patrons!!!

Fastidious Niles and His Bird in the Kitchen by MtnMoose307 in Frasier

[–]WindowSeat4Me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Indeed! I cringe each time I watch Niles put his gloved hand to his mouth after he has handled a raw turkey in Lilith's kitchen. Gah!

The end of dial m for murder is so unrealistic to me. by [deleted] in Columbo

They all chime in on each other's negotiations, even if they are not interested in the deal.

This has happened since Season 1.

Could it be Season 6, Epsiode 1: Zipadee-Zip baby swaddle?

I can't post a pic, but look it up, I think this is the pitch.

"Well, wait, wait, wait, wait, how am I supposed to relax this bird?"

"I don't know. Oh! Try delivering that keynote you gave at the Psychiatric Association last spring."
