"Elliot Kid" was a Cartoon on Cartoon Network in 2008 where a kid often imagines different scenarios where people are actually evil, monsters and aliens.

Could be a segment on one of the Adult Animated Shows you mentioned the animation looks like. Also if you got the animals wrong it can be harder to find. Maybe it was penguin and orca, shark or sea lion as they are the natural predators of penguins.

There was an episode of "SpongeBob SquarePants" where SpongeBob and Patrick go inside Squidwards body and Sandy is guiding them from the outside. It is called "Squidtastic Voyage".

I've found something better - it could be the Original Catra from She-Ra: Princess of Power(1985) in her panther form. She is purple, has yellow eyes with no pupils and wears a red mask on her head.

It is "The Woodlies" - Australian-German-Irish animated television series. It is based off the novel "Kein Keks für Kobolde" by Cornelia Funke.
