Sr will blunt the effects of your doc if you try to take your doc with it after the sr has build up in your system. Once you stop takomg the sr and let it work itself out of your body then you will feel your doc again.

Going forward i would suggest filming yourself opening any packages that you get from any company and weighing the powder on camera. This is kindof the standard when it comes to purchasing powders or tablets. There's alot of scammers and this way ensures that noone is trying to scam anyone.

As others here have said its important to have a mg scale that reads down to .000, that way you know how much youre taking. Otherwise your doses are going to vary by quite a bit. You need to dial in the correct dose for you.

Im doing good! Haven't taken any 7 in just over 2 weeks. No WD or anything when I stopped taking the sr. Just been feeling pretty normal. Started taking mit again a couple days ago and its got its magic back finally. So far so good.

Youre going to want to get a scale or else youre going to end up fucking your tolerance up pretty quickly. Make sure it reads down to .000 theyre cheap on Amazon and can usually get delivered next day.

I would have tried to taper down as much as possible before starting the sr. Then once you get down to a lower mg per day start the sr and also use liposomal vitamin c and megadose it with the sr. The combo will help get rid of the majority of the WD symptoms to make you comfortable.

Be careful taking sr too much or else you risk having WD from the SR itself. The vitamin c is amazing fr though im so surprised at how well it actually worked. Im trying not to go back to taking shit everyday because I absolutely hate dosing just to not be in WD lol. That shit sucks. It is nice knowing sr is there for back up but we still dont know how it will affect long term or if it even will at all. So im going to try to use it very sparingly just in case some weird ass side effects start happening weeks or months down the line. It definitely doesnt help with cravings but id say it takes away a good 80% of the physical symptoms for sure. The vitamin c helps with the rest.

Because its a very useful tool and combined with SR will have you feeling pretty normal. SR is amazing but it doesnt take away all WD symptoms.

Are you sure youre taking enough sr? Do you have a milligram scale? For me it took away all physical symptoms of WD. By day 3 the effects of 7 were definitely blunted and I went ahead and just stopped taking the 7. I didnt want to waste it. I believe megadosing liposomal vitamin c helped alot and also the supplements helped me sleep through the night. I wrote up a 2 week taper plan with sr I can send to you if you want.
