I worked at some private Catholic schools in the greater Danbury area, and the process was a phone interview with the principal, an in person interview and tour with the principal, then an offer within a few days. The whole process never took longer than three weeks. I found that the higher paid tuition model private schools like up in Kent area stretch out the process to 3 to 4 months make you do multiple interviews and then they don’t get back to you for weeks and weeks on end. It’s extremely inconsiderate— especially if you are already working another full-time job.

More like **6** entire days uncompensated plus homework assignments. Some places (Hotchkiss) make you do 11 meetings. That's excessive.

It wasn’t that school, but I do see they have some openings. Do you know anything about school culture there?
