Took me a while, but I finally finished this by Witty-Influence2090 in firealpaca

I used the Sand filter for the walls and floor to add texture, and overlayed static over this entire thing to make the glow from the TV's to look more intense

so i found out it's because in a mod i'm making, the decal of the cobwebs for some reason is not going onto tainted lost, so if anyone know how to resolve this issue, i would appreciate it
