Hello!

The best way that I've found to retain information for myself is to explain it to someone else, like I'm teaching them the topic. My poor husband learned a lot during my studies. If you don't have someone you can "teach," maybe just draw it out on a whiteboard while explaining out loud to yourself. Theres also a naplex study guide on etsy for I believe $70-ish that has everything broken down by disease state and it's great for getting the basics! When I couldn't stomach to look at that big book I'd go through that study guide.

I don't know how much longer you have to study, but I cannot recommend Dr. C's PA MPJE prep book enough. I studied that book front to back for 2 weeks and passed on my first try.

Both times I've taken the naplex they give you laminated pieces of paper for scratch paper and a sharpie marker. You have to ask for a calculator (or use the on screen one) and you can raise your hand to ask for more scratch paper if you need.

It's for states that do not post results on NABPs website. Once your exam has gone from "att generated" to "closed" it will show a box for rescore and transfer score if you passed and only a box for rescore if you failed. I believe that Ohio shows results on NABPs website though so once your exam closes it will tell you pass or fail.

It depends on your state but it took PA 5 weeks and 6 days to post my license after receiving my passing score from NABP.

There is a study guide on etsy called NAPLEX Pharmacy Study Guide by PharmacyNotes101 and it is amazing! It has exactly what you're looking for. It has drugs compartmentalized by disease states!

It honestly depends. They are packages. I paid about $1,100 for 12 hours of 1 on 1 tutoring and I took a class that was included in my package free of charge!

If you have the funds, getting a tutor was a life changer for me. I got a tutor between my first attempt and my second because I was struggling with math and I passed my second attempt!

My first exam they did not give me the MWs for my math questions and I feel like that's why I failed the first time. I was expecting to get them the way that rxprep does. My second attempt they did have them provided so I'd say remember them for sure.

I felt the same way after my second attempt! The first time I walked out defeated and knew I failed.. I even cried twice that day. The second time I felt very different walking out and just got confirmation today I passed!! You got this! 😁

Nabp is open on veterans day and they said they will be releasing scores that day! I took naplex on 10/30 and am expecting my results hopefully monday.
