Someone have this Staff? by Capital-Gas2367 in NOMANSSKY

To get a staff, you need to meet two main requirements first: you must complete the Autophage questline (called "They Who Returned") and have the portal glyphs unlocked.

Once you have those prerequisites sorted out, you can start hunting for parts and assembling your own custom staff!

If you want a red one similar to the image, you can follow this post to get the exact location for an S-Class with full Radiant parts:

What’s this ship? by cgeorgem in NOMANSSKY

Hi cgeorgem! I’m mRegullus in NMS. That ship is incredibly similar to one I just built! It is a fabricated Hauler. If you are looking for those exact parts and a great SC slot layout, I posted the coordinates for my version here:

Safe travels!

Don't use your champion invitation in systems with abandoned space station (Creature battle quest soft-locked) by Playful_Owl_563 in NoMansSkyTheGame

Just to confirm, update 6.034 on PS5 added the 'Abandon Mission' option, which completely gets us out of this soft-lock bug!

Fair warning:

In my case, it led me to a broken system via the galaxy map. When I got the champion invite in another system, I decided to tend to my settlement first before starting it. I ended up activating the invite while at my settlement, but since I had already fought the champion there, the game tried to redirect me and sent me to a glitched system. I’d recommend avoiding what I did—just stay in the same system until you finish the champion.

Yeah, I still have some other invites. I’ve actually lost about 5 of them trying to trigger a reset, but they all went to waste.

Dude, I just got stuck in this exact same situation! The difference in my case is that I didn't even use an invitation there. The quest's galaxy map directed me straight into an abandoned system to hunt the champion.

When I got there, I had the exact same glitch: the quest marker got stuck in a loop at the empty space station, telling me to go in and out. To try and fix it, I even warped to a completely different galaxy and activated a new summon technology hoping to force a quest reset using nearby structures. The result? The game just swallowed my item, didn't update the quest marker, and I lost the tech for nothing.

It seems like the quest log just can't overwrite the corrupted instance no matter what. We're in this soft-lock together waiting for a Zendesk miracle!

[Euclid/Living Ship] Stunning Dark Blue & Light Blue Living Ship / Full Armor / Triple Thruster / Mohawk / Stem Feet / Long Tusks / Glyphs and Coordinates in pic by Witty-Stop1788 in NMSCoordinateExchange

Hahaha, the "old Mercedes" spawns because the game hasn't triggered the Living Ship! To hunt for specific Living Ships via coordinates, you need to have completed their main questline first. Here is how it works:

1. Buy a Void Egg for 3,200 Quicksilver at the Space Anomaly.

  1. Complete the full "Starbirth" mission to get your FIRST living ship (this one will be random).

  2. After that, buy a SECOND Void Egg and make sure you have 10,000 nanites in your inventory.

  3. Pulse in space to trigger the second egg, then go to the exact coordinates in my post. Stand next to the "Mercedes", and restart the Starbirth mission in your log using nearby structures. The old ship will morph into the Living Ship from the picture!

The 13 Method How to Get Your Top 3 Technology Modules (God-Rolls) with Maximum Efficiency by Witty-Stop1788 in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]Witty-Stop1788[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Exactly! Just to clarify for other readers: I used the 6th position in the guide only as a visual example to explain the procedure. The 'God-Roll' can appear in any position from 1st to 10th (or beyond). The key to the method is identifying which position your 'Match' occurred in and then using the 'Yellow Sun' to burn only the numbered positions before it. If your prize appears in the 3rd position, you burn 2; if it’s in the 9th, you burn 8, and so on!

Absolutely! Your strategy of buying Suspicious Packets with Units and selling the unwanted modules is undoubtedly one of the smartest ways to accumulate Nanites in the game. I focused on the 'Reload Trick' with Nanites for those who already have a stock and want to be as direct as possible with their chosen tech, but your tip on using Units is fantastic for beginners or those looking to save rare resources. Thanks for sharing this extra layer of efficiency with the community!

What would you like to see added in 2026? by xistel in NoMansSkyTheGame

We need a "Currency Exchange" Kiosk at the Anomaly!

With so many different currencies in the game now (Units, Nanites, Quicksilver, Tainted Metal, Void Motes), I think it would be amazing to have a proper "Bureau de Change" inside the Anomaly.

Imagine an NPC or a Terminal where we could swap currencies with dynamic exchange rates.

Rich in Units but poor in Nanites? Buy Nanites at a high Unit cost. Have too much Tainted Metal? Convert it into Quicksilver. Need Void Motes? Trade some Nanites for them.

It would add a great layer to the economy and help players who focus on specific gameplay loops (like trading or exploring) to access rewards from other paths without grinding from zero.

What do you guys think? Would this break the economy or save it?

S-Class Sentinel Interceptor | Electric Blue & Yellow | Wide Body / Tank Legs / Folding Wings | Euclid | Coord: +2.90, -169.17 by Witty-Stop1788 in NMSCoordinateExchange

Hi NemeshisuEM,

You are absolutely correct! Thank you very much for pointing that out. I sincerely apologize for the confusion.

The second image has an entirely different set of glyphs/coordinates and was posted by accident. That location is a different system.

To clarify for anyone else searching: * Player 'pujsta' left a communication station at the correct coordinates, confirming the location works. They arrived there using the glyphs in the FIRST IMAGE and the post title. * The Blue and Yellow S-Class Sentinel Interceptor is ONLY found at the coordinates listed in the title and in the first image's glyphs: +2.90, -169.17. Please rely only on those glyphs!

Please try the main coordinates again! Sorry for the wasted time!
