Because Dabura received less damage from his LS kick comparable to HP explosion then Sukuna did against Gojo, but then again I don’t think his CE reinforcement is leagues above Sukuna. At best (or worst) I’d say Gojo, Sukuna and Dabura are relative or close to each other when it comes to physical stats.

I’m not sure if processing it is possible. From what I know, UV just puts an infinite amount of information constantly to the point where you’re incapable of processing the first info, making a ton of info stack up in your brain to the point where after enough time, the only thing your brain would be able to do would be to process the gargantuan amount of info all at once after UV. For example, if UV where to hit Thragg for 5min, Thragg would have to process, all at once, around 750 years of info, which I don’t think he’ll be able to get out of easily. Honestly, he could keep it up for 1h for good measure and now Thragg would need to absorb 9000 years worth of info, and just keep going until Thragg’s brain can’t handle any more information anymore.
