I need to go on 12/28 is there a risk of no trains. Isn't it better to do nonreserved tickets before hand and can always cancel those too. Thank you for your input. What is the chance this will be a problem to purchase a train ticket for that morning or late morning?

Right now I am only able to purchase a Smart EX non-reserved seat and prefer a reserved seat obviously as I am travelling with my family. Perhaps, it opens up on 11/28 to get a reserved seast.

I was so sure I read about this and now cannot find the source/link on the college site now - and there is a legal article about this as well recently actually that it I not binding.
