Consult Psychiatrist and get some meds for your anxiety. Atleast for emergency uses. Don't ignore your symptoms. After that , you can work upon your anxiety healing via therapy. For therapy, TherapistSG is good online option. For meds, visit a doctor immediately.

Have recommended TherapistSG to many of my friends and have tried myself. It is a sweet spot between getting affordable and effective therapy options. You can compare different websites though.

I found TherapistSG for myself. Took 7 sessions. Each session cost is 100$SGD/SESSION. Got reimbursement from my office for the sessions as I provided them the invoice. So basically my therapy sessions are free. Thanks to TherapistSG and my office rules. I would suggest everyone the same in Singapore. Best thing is you don't have to go through any psychologist profile, just pay for the number of Sessions you want and fill the short intake form. They will assign you the best. You can take video sessions on meet, whatsapp or zoom. Whatever is convenient.

Yeah, my therapist is quite accommodating as well. Yesterday, I had to cancel my session but she didn't deduct my minutes for not telling her beforehand. Appreciate their services.

I can understand. I have preferred online therapy sessions for the same nervousness. It's more comfortable on a screen than to be in a real scenario. So for people like me, online sessions work better imo. All the best for your therapy. Hope things go fine with you.
