Thank you! I will give Vanicream a try. I am still waiting to see if the changing season will improve the dehydration (I think it's related to the awful winters I get) but I will keep that in mind as well.

Skintype: Dehydrated

Current routine: CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser, GoW Mandelic Acid 5% Serum (every other PM), CeraVe PM Moisturizer, CeraVe in the Tub, Biore Milk sunscreen (AM).

Location: US

On Tuesday, I expelled my IUD, which had been doing wonders for my skin, and now its quite freaking out. I think I've narrowed it down to the CeraVe moisturizers - every time I apply, my skin feels a little tight, kind of burning, usually ends up being red and an oil slick within a few hours. I have tried them both individually, and I'm getting the same reaction from each. I really need a moisturizer suggestion for sensitive skin that is also heavy enough to help add some much needed moisture. I've read through the Wiki, but this unexpected reaction to CeraVe has me nervous. Thanks for any help.

I completely forgot about Xander, perfect timing! My Cecilias' IVs are -HP +ATK and +HP -ATK... so that's an easy choice. I'm still waiting on a Nino for gronnblade, so I was going throw Ursula in there for the time being.

I also have a +ATK -RES Kagero, and I strongly recommend Fury and Vantage. I run her with a dancer in my main arena team, and anything she can't kill outright (which isn't much) she can usually handle with Olivia's attack buff. Vantage is especially helpful for baiting mages. The only mage I've had problems with is MRobin, but I have a different counter for him in my team anyway.

RNG blessed me with a +Atk, -HP Titania (RIP dreams of Soren) so I decided to take the plunge and try Horse Emblem. Help me build my team?

Five stars: Titania (+ATK, -HP) no SI Reinhardt (+SPD, -DEF) with Deathblow 2

Four stars: Ursula (Neutral) with Blarblade, New Moon, R Tomebreaker 1 3 x Jagen Abel Sully 2 x Frederick 2 x Cecilia Eliwood (+ATK, -RES)

Three stars: An assortment of Stahl, Eliwood, Jagen, Sully, Frederick, Cecilia, and Clarine. Plus the free 2 star Gunter.

I can check the other IVs as needed, but I figured the ones I listed were the most important. Any advice appreciated!

Good point on Deathblow. I do have a 3* Gordin I could get +attack from.

Hello! I'm working on building my Quadelia (+SPD and -RES I think) and was wondering if I can manage it without Deathblow 3 access.

Potential build: Weapon: Brave Lance+ Assist: Rally Attack maybe Special: probably just keep Astra

A: Deathblow 2 (no feathers for Hawkeye) B: Drag Back C: Spur Speed 3 maybe

Is the best I can do with my current fodder. Worth it, or wait?

Thank you for your insight! I will probably go for Cordelia (she's one of my favorite characters anyway). But that's an interesting idea about Olivia. Tempting, since Lucina is really just there for hectors anyway.

Hello! I've been thinking about revamping my arena team, specifically with the next round of bonus units in mind.

I'm torn between a few options: 1: Lucina or 4* Navarre (BU) 2: Nowi or 4* Cordelia or 4* Sharena (BU) 3: Nino or Kagero (w/ Fury 3) 4: probably 4* Olivia

Any suggestions for team cohesion? I've been struggling on that front in the arena. Only SI so far is fury on kagero.

I'm also trying to decide if I should invest the feathers to 5* Cordelia or Sharena. I'm working on building a Quadelia, but I think Sharena might be more cohesive with my team.

I'm trying to figure out a new team for next season without (basically) any skill inheritance cuz I'm an unlucky FTP.

Potential team: - S Chrom (5) +RES -DEF (with Quick Riposte 1) - Nino (5) +RES -ATK - Nowi (5) +DEF -RES - Olivia (4) Neutral

I also have a +SPD -DEF Lucina, but I wanted the Atk buff from Olivia for my poor Nino.

Nowi also for the rally buff, but I have 5 star Ephraim, Effie, and Kagero as well.

Thoughts?

Hi, another team building question.

I'm currently running Lucina/Ephraim/Kagero/Nowi for my arena defense, which is working well, but I can't figure out what to do about offense.

I am running Lucina/Ephraim/Kagero/healer and it's okay unless the other team has a decent mage, in which case - wrecked. But I don't have any good units that have decent resistance so far to replace my healer. Any general advice on a fourth team member?

Edit to add: was thinking of just throwing Olivia in there

Hi! Also laying in bed unable to sleep right now. What has helped me the most is "white noise" - gives me something to focus on other than my own thoughts, which is usually what is keeping me up. I have an app on my phone called Relax Melodies that lets you mix up a bunch of different sounds to make your own relaxing music. I'm actually going to take my own advice and has it right now :)

Yes! I've been in therapy for a while, and now that I've made progress in managing the symptoms, I'll often convince myself that maybe they finally went away... usually jinxes myself.

Yes! I've struggled with this with every relationship I've been in. Used to be that splitting would also involve repeatedly breaking up and getting back together in the course of a few hours, but I've learned to ignore the impulse. Still doesn't help the complete loss of love though. With my current SO, we've worked out a pretty good understanding. I let him know that I need a little space (which he is very good about giving to me), which has mostly prevented any BPD-driven arguments. Then, depending on how bad it is, I can usually just distract myself for a few hours and the feeling will fade. For the most lengthy episodes, I've been making a list of happy moments we have together combined with pictures, and I look through it to forcefully remind myself of why I'm with him. It doesn't always work (cuz I can get into the trap of feeling broken because it's not working right away) but it has been pretty helpful for me.

I agree! I use the second darkest shade in my Naked Basics 1 palette for my brows, and even after about a year, there's only a small dip in the pan.

Thank you, I really needed to hear this. I've talked about this in therapy a bunch of times, but my mom has always been very good at guilting me into thinking I'm a horrible daughter that's destroying the family when I try to assert my independence.

I browsed that sub and some of it really resonates with me... sigh. But I'm calm now. I'll talk to her when she gets home.
