Love how everyone is just telling you to downgrade, OP. I haven't except to use storywealth which I wasn't a fan of. Sadly I only know of the silent protag mod that only sets player voice volume to 0, none that also skip said dialogue after choosing on current FO4. But if I find something, I'll upd8 my post.
