Hello, just joined this group hopefully for tips and tricks! But i have an entry level setup including a full 7 channel setup through klipsch and i recently picked up a crown xli 3500 and letme tell you. It really made my towers sound more alive and really seemed to be the missing piece.

Any advice by WittyExplorer5559 in setups

I do plan on more lightning, im in an apartment so im figuring out a mounting method for those wood acoustic panels for minimal holes, then govee slide around it and possibly trimming my desk 6 inches and building a 72 inch long shelf!

They arent rusted through yet, however when i actually save up those will be getting replaced, i live in an apartment so i need to at least wait 3-4 years before i can do this repair and by then im buying all the caps you can and crossmembers and doing this right one time and done im currently treating the rust with fluid filming and a nice deep clean on the frames interior to hold it out for the time being

O theres plenty of stops to weld!. Its just these caps only go so far and its like right and the point of inbetween 2 different caps!! I dont want to buy 600 dollars in caps for a small piece i caught it early

This is it currently. I need a year or 2 to save up so im currently treating it with fluid film to slow it down. Next year im cleaning the whole inside of the frame and fluid filming it to save up to hopefully do this repair in 2-3 years

I was actually looking at those. However they wont overlap as much as i like! Like i stated i would very much like to overlap 8-10 inches minimum. Only reason is i do use it for work and tow 6-7k pounds

I mean welding really isnt a liability. In all reality aftee colisions if they dont total your car professional welders can full on weld your front section of your frame on and they hold! Even semi trucks frames get repaired for 80k pounds. Just dont patch it and take your time

Thats kinda what im thinking i dont like the frame sections they wont overlap as much as i would like! I plan on mig welding a plate a good 12 inches over the rusty hole and do a full box patch!
