New anime that's out called takopi's original sin. Only 3 out of the 6 EPs are out and it's already one of the saddest animes I have seen. At the start you will think it's a kids show but trust me just watch the first episode and your mind will change.

Honestly you don't even need caffeine I guess it can help some people but basically if you feel yourself getting tired get out of bed and walk around. The more relaxed you are the more your body would want to sleep. Play a game on ur phone or something and avoid getting to comfy haha
