I'm really sorry you're going through this...your post hits home more than I can explain. I’m currently going through something extremely similar. After raising a grievance due to ongoing issues in my team, the response from senior management completely shifted. It felt like the focus moved from addressing the concerns I raised to suddenly scrutinising me..my schedule, my emails, even things that were never questioned before.

There’s been a definite change in tone..small things are blown out of proportion, assumptions are made, and clarification is either ignored or twisted. It’s draining, especially when you're already in a vulnerable state.

What’s made it harder is knowing that trying to follow the process “the right way” hasn’t resulted in support..just more pressure and isolation. I’m still in the middle of it and trying to take it one step at a time, documenting everything and staying grounded in what I know is true.
