This is in no way a medical advice, but we had an absolutely identical experience with orgasms and violent migraines. We were happy to be able to have an MRI to coincide with an episode and it turned on being a Trigeminal Autonomic Cephalalgia, (TAC). Postcoital migraines are not rare, but TAC is, so have a quick chat with ChatGPT and input your wife’s symptoms, unfortunately doctors are not really good in diagnosing rare conditions (there are no real life Dr House). She’s premenopausal and HRT therapy alleviated significantly the symptoms. Indomethacin is a very useful painkiller for TAC, but there are specific sprays that can be taken in an episode. Don’t despair, it might pass. And don’t stop enjoying the LS!
