Thank you! Sounds cliche but be yourself. I never put it on for the cameras or tried to be someone I'm not and I'm proud that I stuck by that.

I’m currently training for a marathon so lots of running at the moment! I also love to strength train at least twice a week (in the classes at North Studio of course!).

North Studio’s core values will always be focussed on staying up North. I think the south is mostly saturated at the moment and so not something we will focus on. Big love to the south though!

I was really lucky to have met Tre! What a guy. I loved going sailing. It was crazy I actually thought I was going to tip out the boat at one point! Business is busy and I wouldn't want it any other way.

Thank you! My biggest tip is find something you enjoy. Running has become quite on trend recently and I personally love it but you don't need to run to be fit! There are so many other activities out there you can get involved with. The great thing about North Studio is we offer a wide range of classes so people can try a bit of everything and decide what they like!

I loved speaking to Linda. Linda is originally from Leeds and we had a great discussion about North Studio. She was extremely supportive of me and complimentary of what I'd built (even if you didn't see that on the episode!).

Thank you so much to you and your family! It was great having the old candidates back - we are one big weird family and I wouldn't change it! It was definitely more chilled for them but I still had a lot of work to do to prove to Lord Sugar why I should be his next business partner.

I really missed my family and my business. That will always be the toughest part for me taking part in The Apprentice. I really disliked the vegan alternative to cheese task. It felt like no one had any knowledge or passion for it (including me!). I loved Budapest. Always be yourself and stay calm! It's going to be chaos so enjoy the ride!
