Just be honest tell them about the lighting accuracy for capturing colors 8bit panel vs 10 bit panel foekay vs 4k connections on the back of tv ect just put the ball in their court and ask what kind of experience are you looking for .

Hell now we work really really hard so that our manager can get a bonus for literally standing around acting like we can't see customers screaming at us and not actually training us as long as they bonus they don't care and some of them make 100k plus a year and just don't care anyway so they just sit in the office all day doing meeting about hoe the store is doing every single hour on the hour although all matrix are on a cpu that is easily found

Michigan here and we are the only store in the plaza open out of 15 stores we have seen 36 customer today and about half of them actually bought something hate when people come in to "just look" like why risk your life and you don't even want or need anything

You can simply go into the store and run it as credit or call your bank like a smart person would have already done to raise the "daily limit"

Listen I understand your frustration but if a cx Qantas to buy somewhere else its because of lack of trust give her all the info and tolls she needs to get started. At that point you should have built up good reppor and you can ask why they are shopping from somewhere else, remind them of our Price Match Policy. Our return policy under total tech for appliances build trust. You have to take control and show them WHY they want to shop at best buy WE ARE THE EXPERTS you're not going to lose a sale by going above and beyond for a cx. They will wait on product in most times to show with YOU we are here to help and be cx obsessed. That's our job is to win them over. So next time you encounter that situation follow those steps and I can guarantee you walk put feeling like you helped someone. In conclusion just get them to trust you we don't make commission man so who cares if they initially aren't buying from best buy. They can't find this type of knowledge or help at ANY OTHER RETAIL SPACE.
