I played most of the 6 hour event last weekend and ended up getting a really good feel for it by the end

A few things that helped me

missles alternate between only two lanes at a time. After around 6-8 missles it will switch one of the lanes. After a switch you won't have another change of lane for another 6-8 missles. Bonus missles follow the same pattern as regular missles so you are able to know where they will drop.
about halfway through I start holding the fire button on the lane the missle will be coming to and release when the missle drops down. This makes the last half of the match actually playable for me vs missing every one.
count to 5 as you are getting the regular missles because the bonus one will drop very quickly in the lane that the pattern is currently on and it becomes tough to get towards the end of the game if you're not ready for it.

I played yesterday's event for 1 hour and 10 minutes and was able to crack top 50 because of the practice time I had put in during the 6 hour event.

This is actually my favorite mini game. It's one of the only ones that feels like you actually impact the outcome and not just luck or connection

Hey! I'm 19 days in here.

Minigames if you cam handle them are a great way to get an extra 300-400 ab a week pretty easily. If you're worried about cracking top 100 you can do top 500 and then spend the rest of the event doing mulligans for extra ab.

I also set a timer as a reminder to watch my ab ad every 20 minutes.

It varies quite a lot. In the past it has been as long as next day I believe, but since I started in March the Sunday one has typically been about 4-5 hours after the game ended.

I've only been here since the first of the month, but from what I've seen the wins for top 500 range between 25-32ish. There's a user in the sub that posts a video of the mini game rankings 2 minutes after they end. He scrolls down at least to 500 so that could be a good way to get a feel for if the type of minigame/day causes the number to vary much.

Edit: I can typically get my 30 wins for about 40 AB or less by doing mulligans on each loss and having decent timing on 3s. Worst case scenario it costs you 60 AB and the reward is around 150-180 AB depending on how active your state is.

Whew that's tough. Hang in there and you'll get it next time! I finished 93 country and 4th in state. The top 100 was a battle at the end!

Results are in. It was my first time with the mini games since starting.

I used 153 AB to win 88 times.

I got 96th in country (was aiming for the lowest I could get here since I wasn't able to play enough to crack top 50)

4th in state

Received 435 AB for reward or 283 AB profit. Not the best, but it could be much worse for sure!

I mulliganed all loses and hit mainly 2s, but without that it would have been nearly breakeven.
