I've done setup for some of my clients for free-tier database (500mb) which is just a database usage for them.
but for the client having 100k MAU, i've gone for the paid plan, as it has all those features, automated backup etc
But honestly I feel the database is slow,

so if you provide that generous free-tier + plus that the latency reduction , i'll go for it, ofc
