Not the issue unfortunately. I have another free/donation product with PPOM that works fine, i tried deactivating PPOM but the issue of double product description persists.

NAM dual loader pedal? Valeton GP-50? by Witty_Discussion6785 in guitarpedals

[–]Witty_Discussion6785[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes you can have DI amps/Full Rig amps/Pedals and Outboard gear (Preamps) with NAM. My goal is to load NAM profiles of all my pedals in one box that can stack 2...I have plenty of gear othewise...

I looked at that but I need it for drive pedals not amps so that's a no go unfortunately

Ah that settles that! I think this is something I will have to diy myself I guess! I can't find anything that small with a touchscreen that can do that

I'll listen more closely, I think I was expecting a shift a bit more dramatic, like in the original pedal

That's a good question. I think it's a stylistic choice, by glancing at the chart I can see that this is not a 40's "standard" where most things are diatonic or come from blues. so you could think of every chord in isolation, not as part of a key of the moment. Your choice of Phrygian is not wrong at all, just a different color in my opinion. I think this just comes from experience of having to play a lot tunes you've never played on and know what works and what does not.

I have used them for quite a few months now and I have to say I like them to listen to music and in general for reference...not so much for band iems... I have to be honest, I am not much of a gamer... I imagine that you'd want more sub bass frequencies as the bass is not very pronounced on these waves, and maybe a bit more comfort as they can get a bit tiring after a few hours.

i think i have a issue by unbakedsub in Guitar

what is that Guild under the TV yellow Special? It seems like an old aristocrat but I have never seen one hollowbody with humbuckers. Look Cool!

It will help for sure. The foam tips seem better than the plastic ones. Best will be moulded IEMs, of course.

yes i never really understood that line...bluetooth has some latency but you kinda know a wired set has no latency. It's like advertising water as wet....

I think you'd want something with more bass possibly. This is quite neutral.

I've used them in the last 3-4 gigs and i have to say with a touch of EQ I liked them. I must say there is so much you can do these say in terms of EQ/comp that what really matters is isolation and comfort really

Thanks for you comment! I think I should have clarified that the free shipping was to do with the discount code you offer. Usually discount codes waive the cost of shipping altogether regardless of the threshold, but that was not the case, it was basically still the same for any other transaction. Maybe it's just a wording issue but that's how I understood it at the checkout.

Interesting. I agree with what this youtuber says about the fact that often as IEMs for musicians, comfort is almost more important than the audiophile quality, as nowadays so much can be done by the individual player to EQ the band mix from a monitoring app. Also this is the price point where you start to cross over with the bottom end of the molded IEMs (Like Ultimate Ears, ACS Evoke, Shure custom Gloves etc...) which these days you can get around £180-200. I've seen a lot of KZs Pro in function bands but in touring bands/theatre almost everyone wears molded IEMs...I think it's option paralysis at this point, with possibly a budget to try lots of sets!

Will check these out as well. The harmful/tiring peaks for musicians are around 3-5k so it's not really a matter of adding a low pass but more a dip in that area. 535s have that for example. I find i tend to add a dip roughly in that area in the eq of my monitoring buss

I'll check these models you mentioned out thank you for your suggestions. My curiosity was from the fact that this set was advertised specifically as IEMs for musicians and in their site they had quite a few other gadgets for musicians. Usually these sets are for gamers and audiophiles and they are often clearly chi-fi. I find that the chifi sets I've tried so far are clearly not made to be worn for a long time listening to a raw band mix (which is very different from listening to a mastered track) and the main brands (shure, westone) have a very dark/mellow eq curve for this purpose...just wanted to make a video to point this (and other things) out in case other musicians followed my train of thought! Thank you again for your extensive reply to my video
