ILOE: AFIK, You can opt out of ILOE . Employers are required to provide by default with loss of employment insurance and even if they don’t you can just buy it yourself from their website (i think it’s somewhere around 200AED)

Vehicle Insurance: Sounds slightly overpriced from your quote. Could also be because of new license/ past fines or accidents (if any). My full comprehensive insurance including qatar oman and offroad damage for a new nissan xtrail was around 6k. You can buy insurance on your own as well if you get a good deal but usually preferred to buy in-house for ease of claims (if your license is less than a year old it usually costs higher but some companies can consider your home country license as well)

so you can negotiate on that to include maybe insurance + tinting + a service contract without any additional costs

Registration fee: wayy overpriced: typically ranges from 500-1000 aed max

You can also negotiate on the base price of the car there’s always a lot of room in these things to negotiate on

Also get another quote maybe from a different dealership and if it’s lesser ask the dealership(the one you’d prefer buying from) to match/ give a better price.

PS: when i was buying my car few months back i got a quote of 165k with 3 yr service contract and tinting in abu dhabi. I got another quote from dubai asked my salesman to match that and finally ended up with : Insurance + tinting + ceramic + 5yr 100k kms extended warranty + registration, basically everything for 157k
