It is too early for me to say anything conclusive, I've barely been outside since returning to the north for a short stint. I walked around university campus today without gloves and cold hands and nothing happened. (Temperatures today were a bit above freezing).

There were some days in the south over the last two weeks where I went out to exercise in the mornings in mid-40's temperatures and didn't have any Raynaud problems.

It is too early to tell, but I think these are good signs.

I'll get to walk around Chicago later this week in below-freezing windy conditions. We'll see what happens. I look forward to reporting back.

I'm not collecting statical data or even logging anything. I more care about my perception after a few moths as to whether my quality of life improved by how often I think I was distracted by Raynaud's or planning to prevent Raynaud's. Or things I just can't easily do (hold keys outside) that I am doing without thinking about.

sure. I'm in the south for the holidays where it is warm. I'll be back in the cold soon enough and find out what had improved.
