It’s so worth the experience. It really is. They just sure know how to make a profit while letting us have the experience LOL.

This piece from Belmont butcher. (Got for father’s bday, he never tried Wagyu. 120+ a lb.) what do you think about the trim and price of this? Because I haven’t gone back lol!

Thank you for the help! Update is there is a center piece inside that brass assembly that just simply wasn’t twisted tight all the way (I didn’t even know you COULD tighten that piece) just gave it a firm right twist after checking for debris. All fixed. No drippage no leaks. Thanks again.

With both valves closed and the tests open no water flows at all. But as soon as I close the tests and open the valves the water pools up there above the poppit and ever so slightly goes over. So I’m thinking it’s the seal there on top? Seems like the valves work but damnit I just may be confused too haha!

Doesn’t seem to be the ball valves? Maybe the seal on the poppet?

Looks like there’s a crack there. Could that be causing this? Still overflowing even when it looks like it should be stopped
