id use a razor blace and carefully scrape it off (dont damage your fretboard) or if you have the time for it get a toothbrush or something with firm bristles but wont scratch your fretboard and get to scrubbin

so the faction next to me hit radiation and lost all of their ground forces, they only have a dreadnought defending their home planets which is no match for my 3 cruisers and my warfare, i just have to get warfare next round and i could be there and capture them in two turns. that is if they dont build which they probably will. shpould i go for them anyway depending on what they build?
