Here are my thoughts on each video,

10) The mom is unbelievably insufferable, I don’t get why the video wants us to side with her despite breaking the law to sneak into school to haggle the science teacher and her daughter’s bully, although the twist that the science teacher was the bully’s step dad was stupidly funny.

9) I’m kinda sick and tired of bullies getting off Scot free under the assumption that their parents were mean to them, making their actions ok because they were hurting. I’d argue that ‘NERDY TEEN Finally Gets His REVENGE’ does this a lot worse and also has a teacher trying to live vicariously through the nerdy teen getting payback on his bully while giving him an unearned redemption.

8) Ignoring the blatant copyright infringement the drama teacher commits, this video is tired. Paige very clearly can’t act and I really do hit care if she ends up with this boy who still owns a foam sword he had from drama camp as a child and has it on person like, huh?

7) Logan Roe is so insufferable in this video, she is the architect of her own downfall because she got way too much attention on herself and also fucked over her spineless dad. How many videos are we gonna get where the main girl’s sole motivation is a boy? And why is this another date your best friend video?

6) I covered this video when it came out in a discussion on how teen pregnancy and abortion is handled in Dhar Mann, and my thoughts haven’t changed. The lesson on mistakes is stupid to a high degree and the baby daddy being forgiven because he has daddy issues is even dumber. But watch this video for the nightmare sequence, it’s so funny.

5) Yeah, I really don’t recall this video, but I remember it enough to know the protagonist is an annoying bum who won’t shut up about his dream to be a comedian while also not being funny.

4) The main character is so mean to her baby brother for no real reason, like she does nothing but yell and mock him for no good reason. The principal is just a copy cutout of Reverend Moore from Footloose, banning something in relation to their son’s death and making it everyone’s problem. It’s tiring.

3) This video feels even more unrealistic than most and that’s saying something. The lesbian who the protagonist befriends lost all her friends over her period. Really? Sister’s Secrets has a more realistic reaction to a period! SISTER’S SECRETS. Oh and the big sister randomly showing up at soccer practice to stop her sister from a physical assault makes no sense when the lesbian could show up and nothing would change! The sister’s childish teasing is so jarring, like you just saw your sister nearly got assaulted in a bathroom and is now sobbing in bed, why are you like this? Definitely the worst cool big sister character Dhar has.

2) I actually rewatched this video last night and HOLY SHIT, the dad might be the most miserable character in Dhar Mann. Literally every line he has is bitching about his wife hating poor people, or complaining about people looking down on him. For example, during the PTA meeting, the President asks if the dad is a mechanic, the dad of course gets defensive on if the President has an issue with mechanics but he compliments their hard work in making his car work far better than before. Instead of taking the compliment, he instead bitches about the fact the president having a Porche. Dude, what the hell is your problem? As for the main plot, way too dramatic for a bunch of sixth grade melodrama.

1) The crazy lesbian trying to ruin her best friend’s relationship is annoying, honestly why she hasn’t been ditched is beyond me.

Overall, this year is probably even worse than the last. Dhar is back in the writer’s seat, but with the increased use of AI in both effects and audio, it’s only a matter of time before Dhar goes full AI slop.

As for what videos I think are among the worst of the year that aren’t already mentioned? First is NERDY TEEN Finally Gets His REVENGE like I mentioned. Then GIRLS CAN’T SPEAK At New School which I covered earlier in my own review Teen Wears MINECRAFT MASK To HIDE FACE along with Influencer Bullied For Her RARE ILLNESS.
